If you landed on this page you are likely looking for a Charlotte wedding photographer. Well, good news, you found one! I have been photographing weddings for over a decade and have documented every size and shape imaginable. From backyards to mansions. From mountains to beaches. No two weddings are alike.
As such, my style of wedding photography leans towards the Wedding Photojournalism.
Wedding Photojournalism is the art of story telling through images. At the end of the day, anyone should be able to flip through your wedding album and know not only how you looked, but how you felt.
With such a diverse mix of wedding venues in Charlotte, this is the only style of photography that can produce constantly great images. Your wedding is unique. It will present interesting opportunities for images as the events transpire. The trick is to recognize those opportunities and capture them in an interesting way.
Wedding photojournalism is a timeless wedding photography style. It never is trendy. It never will make you embarrassed decades from now. After all, honesty is never something to be ashamed of.
Posed portraits are great. They can be a lot of fun and I do enjoy taking them. They make up about 10 to 20 percent of the time I spend on a wedding. The vast majority of my time is spent on making sure your wedding day is well documented.
Memories that will last a lifetime.
Wedding Photojournalism is also multicultural. As Charlotte becomes more and more diverse, this style of photography allows me to branch out to all styles of celebration. Because of its very nature of anticipation and reaction, it works with every type of wedding.
If you think I may be the Charlotte wedding photographer for you and you are interested in capturing your wedding day as it really is, perfections as well as imperfections, laughter and tears, please do not hesitate to contact me.
