Workshops
Photography Workshops are a great way to learn new skills, practice old skills, and network with peers. Its nice not to be bound by the pressures of a client deadline, allowing you to be as creative and inventive as you wish.
Workshops are not like a typical classroom. It is more of a collaborative effort of all involved to increase the collective understanding of the entire class.

The Portrait Walkabout is a fun filled day of shooting bliss. Learn to recognize ideal locations for portrait photography in any environment. We will be spending the day in and out of the studio, seeking out creative portrait opportunities and learning compositional and posing techniques. Once our feet are sore and our shutter fingers tired, its back to the studio for refreshments and a session of group review and critique. You will select your strongest images to be displayed on the big screen. We all will discuss what went right and make recommendations on improvement.
Requirements: Digital SLR camera and lens, Memory cards, understanding of exposure (aperture, shutter, ISO) and how to adjust on your camera.
Live model(s) provided.
